Presentation of the different types of chocolate
A demonstration of how to temper chocolate and how to do this at home
Making chocolate sweets with a praline-flavoured filling

The workshop includes:
The visit of the Choco-Story museum (1 hour)
Activities organized by the chocolate-maker and demonstrator (1hour)
The chocolate-making utensils
The ingredients
The chocolate sweets made during the workshop can be taken home
Length: 2 hours
Number of participants: minimum 8 and maximum 12 people in the workshop (it is also possible to have 2 groups of 12 people with one group taking part in the workshop whilst the other visits the museum)
Price: 35 € /per person
