Presentation of the different types of chocolate
A demonstration of how to temper chocolate and how to do this at home
Preparing and using dippring method for :
- Orange straws (x3)
- Citrus straws (x3)
- Marshmallows (x6)
Making of :
- Truffles (x6)
- Mendiants (x6)
This workshop includes :
Activities organized by the chocolate-maker and demonstrator (1 hour)
The chocolate-making utensils
The ingredients
The chocolate sweets made during the workshop can be taken home
Length: 1 hour
Number of participants: up to 15 people in the workshop (it is also possible to have 2 groups of 15 people with one group taking part in the workshop whilst the other visits the museum)
Price: 40 € /per person (minimum charge for a group : 400 €)
