Reservations (for groups only)

We no longer take optional or firm reservations by telephone

In this part, you will find reservation forms that we require you to complete in order to make an optional or firm booking. Reservations will be processed in the order in which they are received by email and as long as they are complete.

Important remark: only a reply from our offices with a price offer will ensure that your booking request has been accepted and validated.
For optional reservations, once they have been validated by us you have two weeks in which to confirm your reservation. Once this period has expired, the reservation will be cancelled.  If you want to make a booking within two weeks, only firm reservations can be accepted in order to ensure the availability of the museum under the best circumstances for all our customers.
